We process the minimum information needed to review and respond to a diagnostic request.

Information collected

Brand, public URL, target markets, request context, email, optional organization and preferred language.

Purpose and retention

We use submissions to scope the diagnostic, communicate with you, maintain service quality and prevent abuse. Request records are retained for up to 12 months unless legal or operational needs require otherwise.

Processors and safety

Request data is stored by our hosting provider and may be sent through our email delivery provider when notifications are enabled. Do not send passwords, API keys, confidential documents or unpublished internal information.

Operator and deletion

This site is operated by KanSan Co. Use the diagnostic request channel to ask a privacy question or request deletion.
